The Department of the Treasury, the Municipal Revenues Collection Center, the Department of Consumers Affairs, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, the Development Bank and the Planning Board, and any other agency that the Planning Board deems should be so authorized, are hereby authorized to approve rules and regulations to comply with the provisions of this chapter in those matters within their competence pursuant to what is provided herein.\nHistory —July 5, 1995, No. 75, § 13, renumbered as § 14 on Aug. 15, 1999, No. 236, § 4.
