The Planning Board of Puerto Rico, as part of the evaluation of the Land Use Plan for Puerto Rico and in coordination with the Municipality of Isabela, which in turn is working on the Territorial Ordinance Plan of the municipality, shall evaluate the delimitation of one or several Special Planning zones spanning the entire territory of Poblado Planas. For such zone or zones, the Board shall study the feasibility of establishing an integrated development plan and regulations to govern the use of the land, hills, lakes and rivers, mineral and archeological resources, as well as the structures required to stimulate the development of Poblado Planas according to the public policy established in Section 2 of this act.\nHistory —Sept. 17, 2004, No. 385, § 3.
