For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms and phrases shall have the meaning indicated hereinbelow:\n(a) Playita Sector. — Means that part of the legally constituted Barrio Santurce which abuts to the northeast on Los Corozos Lagoon, and to the south on Baldorioty de Castro Avenue and Luis Lloréns Torres Public Housing Project, including specifically the El Checo Sector, belonging to the Municipality of San Juan.\n(b) Regulations and Permits Administration. — Means the agency created by Act No. 76 of June 24, 1975.\n(c) Agency. — Means any department, board, commission, council, company, authority, dependency, or public corporation or subsidiary thereof of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, excluding the Judiciary Branch and the Legislative Branch.\n(d) Proprietor. — Means any person who holds a title deed.\n(e) Board. — Means the Puerto Rico Planning Board.\n(f) Person. — Means any private natural or juridical entity, nonprofit or for profit, including without it being construed as a limitation, any partnership, association, institution, cooperative corporation, trust, entity, group, or group of persons.\n(g) Task Force.
