As of the effective date of this act, a stamp of the Office shall be affixed to any construction plan or any amendments thereto filed with the Permit Management Office, Autonomous Municipalities with I to V granted hierarchy or authorized professional in order to be processed by the pertinent government entities.The applicant shall pay a fee to be established by regulations. Such payment shall be made according to the method or mechanism established by the OGPe.The fees to be paid for a copy of publications, studies, reports, maps, plans, pictures, and any other public document required shall also be fixed and collected as provided by regulations.The Executive Director of the OGPe shall fix and collect, as prescribed in the regulations adopted for such purposes, the application fees or charges and the means to make such payments. In addition, he/she shall receive the fees and charges paid by applicants to authorized professionals, which shall be remitted by the latter to the OGPe in accordance with the requirements established by the OGPe in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
