The funds needed to achieve the purposes of this chapter for the present and subsequent fiscal years shall be earmarked annually in the budget of the OGPe. All moneys received by the OGPe, as a result of the implementation of the provisions of this chapter by the Office, from sources specified herein and from any other sources shall be deposited in a Special Fund which shall be known as the 'Puerto Rico Surveyor’s Office Special Fund.'All charges, fees, refunds, or payments received by the OGPe as a result of the implementation of the provisions of this chapter by the Office shall be deposited in a Special Fund created for such purposes in the Department of the Treasury to defray the regular operating expenses of the Office.
