The Government entities concerned and/or authorized professionals producing or updating geospatial data, directly or indirectly, as part of their planning or permit-granting process, administration or operations in the case of Government entities concerned shall be required to furnish such information to the Office and comply with the geospatial information rules and standardization models created by the same.The Office may, through the OGPe, enter into agreements to facilitate and expedite the updating of information that the Government entities concerned covered under this chapter are required to furnish to such Office. However, the updating of such information shall, in no case, exceed a term of twelve (12) months.Government agencies and instrumentalities, municipalities, and public corporations shall train and/or hire a technician or any other professional to manage the CPRGIS in accordance with the parameters established by the Office.
