In the case of public or private construction works, in addition to any other requirement herein established, it shall be the duty of the developer to place survey markers, with the purpose of facilitating survey works to be conducted there in the future. Once the construction works are finished, the markers shall be property of the OGPe. The need, type, location, specifications, and number of survey markers as well as all that pertains to the use, protection, and penalties for vandalism or destruction shall be prescribed by regulations.
