The process to issue copies of plans, documents, and technical information from or related to the Map, as well as the fees to be paid therefor shall be prescribed by regulations.However, the Director shall provide free copies to persons or nonprofit organizations that meet the indigent status criteria or for the purposes prescribed by regulations.Government agencies and instrumentalities, municipalities, and public corporations required by this chapter to furnish information to the Office shall have free and full access to the Maps' database unless otherwise provided for security or public policy reasons.Requests from the Legislative Assembly shall be exempt from fees.
