The OGPe shall acquire, for use by the Office, the hardware, software, and infrastructure needed to ensure a dynamic and modern Access Platform that allows for the establishment of information in a multi-purpose multi-scale form. The Office with the authorization and in coordination with the OGPe may outsource all that pertains to the management and establishment of said Access Platform to attain the objectives of this chapter.
