The Office shall prescribe by regulations the fees and charges to be paid by authorized professionals and the general public to use the Access Platform. It shall also fix and collect, by regulations for such purposes, the corresponding fees to obtain copies of publications, studies, reports, maps, plans, pictures, and any other public document required.Government agencies and instrumentalities, municipalities, and public corporation required under this chapter to furnish information to the Office may have free access to the Platform, unless otherwise provided due to security or public policy reasons.However, the Director may allow access to the Platform free of charge to persons or nonprofit organizations that meet the indigent status criteria or the purposes prescribed by regulations.Requests from the Legislative Assembly shall be exempt from fees.
