The Executive Director of the OGPe shall draft and send an annual report not later than ninety (90) days after the close of the fiscal year to the Governor and the Legislative Assembly on the operations and fiscal situation of the Office, the implementation of the CPRGIS, the Map, the SPCS, and the Access Platform, its achievements, addressed issues, along with any recommendations deemed pertinent for its efficient operations.
