A committee is hereby created that shall be in charge of choosing the recipient of the Medal each year. The same shall have its seat in the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture. It shall be composed of six (6) members: The Director of the Popular Arts Program of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, the Director of the Artisanry Development Program of the Economic Development Administration, the Director of the Artisanry Office of the Tourist Company, and three (3) citizens with a knowledge and sensibility in artisanry, each one chosen by each of the agencies mentioned in the section.\nHistory —Sept. 13, 1996, No. 222, § 2.
