This award shall consist of a gold medal bearing an inscription on the obverse reading 'PUERTO RICAN MEDAL FOR ARTISAN EXCELLENCE' all around the border, and in the center, the seal of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, and on the reverse, a stamp with a design of the several expressions of Puerto Rican Artisanry, along with the year in which the award was granted.\nHistory —Sept. 13, 1996, No. 222, § 4.
