The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall hold an annual activity in the Museum of Puerto Rican and Caribbean Artisanry, to award the 'Puerto Rican Medal for Artisan Excellence', which is instituted herein, to the artisan or artisans who are entitled to receive the same.
