The organizational structure of the Management Office shall at the very least incorporate the following operating divisions, units or components:(a) An Office of the Clerk;(b) environment;(c) health and safety;(d) infrastructure;(e) archaeology and historic conservation;(f) recommendations concerning uses, and(g) constructability and energy and building codes.The Management Office shall have an Environmental Compliance Evaluation Division attached thereto.
