The Executive Director shall establish regional offices per the determinations of the Planning Board. However, if the case volume should so allow, one regional office may serve more than one (1) region. The Executive Director may eliminate or relocate regional offices. The Main Office of the Management Office shall be located in San Juan and shall at the same time operate as the regional office serving the metropolitan area, per the designation of the Planning Board.
