Service Representatives shall work in close coordination with the Executive Director, so that they may render the operations of the Permit Management Office more efficient and streamlined. In order to accomplish such purpose, Service Representatives shall draft and submit to the Executive Director, monthly reports on the transaction status of recommendations, final determinations, certifications, and permits pending before the Management Office, as well as any recommendations as they may deem necessary to improve Management Office operations.
