The funds necessary for the Reviewing Board to comply with the purposes of this chapter for the present fiscal year and subsequent fiscal years shall be consigned annually in the Government of Puerto Rico General Expense Budget Act. Any money received by the Reviewing Board in carrying out its task of enforcing the provisions of this chapter shall be covered into a Special Fund to be created by the Secretary of the Department of the Treasury in the name of the Reviewing Board.
