The Chief Permit Inspector is hereby empowered to adjudicate any complaint and impose fines and sanctions related to the certification of plans and documents for such actions that contravene the applicable laws and regulations, including §§ 42a—42i of this title. Such fines, sanctions, and penalties to be imposed for such actions shall be provided for in this chapter.\nThe Green Permit application shall enclose a plan certifying and proving that the design complies with the green design pre-qualification established in the Joint Permit Regulation guidelines.\nHistory —Dec. 1, 2009, No. 161, § 16.1.
