The Puerto Rico Planning Board shall be the agency in charge of overseeing the endeavors and development of the Multi-sector Coalition, the result of the Comprehensive Sustainable Strategic Development Plan (PIDES-PR, Spanish acronym) and shall prepare an annual report including, but not limited to, the following:\n(1) Infrastructure agency strategies and work plans;\n(2) Goals attained and/or difficulties encountered; and\n(3) Recommendations that result in the benefit of the public policy of this chapter.\nHistory —Sept. 28, 2012, No. 276, § 7.
