The Urban Renewal and Housing Corporation, the Rural Housing Administration of the Land Authority, or the corporation, agency or public instrumentality acquiring the lands, and developing the houses and premises herein provided, shall administer same pursuant to its own respective organic laws, and may dispose of the acquired property according to its respective powers.
