Were it not feasible for the Urban Renewal and Housing Corporation, the Rural Housing Administration of the Land Authority, or any other corporation, agency, or public instrumentality engaged in housing development, to carry out the development provided in §§ 10b—10g of this title, the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works may do so in conformity with the city-planning and housing policies of the Commonwealth. The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works is hereby empowered to administer the said developments and dispose of same as befits the public interest. History —June 21, 1966, No. 95, p. 310, § 6.
