There is hereby established a route to be known as the Luis Muñoz Marín Scenic Route; which, starting at the city of Mayagez and running west to east as near as possible to the peak of the Cordillera Central, the Sierra de Cayey and the Cuchilla de Panduras, using at some places the existing roads and at others constructing the necessary stretches of road to complete said route, for a total length of approximately 222 kilometers, ends at Juan Martin Road of Yabucoa.
