The foregoing declaration of public utility shall carry with it:(1) The benefit of neighborhood for the builders and their employees, which consists in the use of the objects enjoyed in common by the citizens of the municipality in which the works are situated.(2) The application of the Law of Eminent Domain (Ley de Expropriación Forzosa) to private property, in accordance with the provisions of such law and of the rules and regulations for the execution of it.(3) The exemption from payment of any and all fees charged by Registrars of Property, which may take place in consequence of the application of the said Law of Eminent Domain (Ley de Expropriación Forzosa).
