The registrars of property shall, upon certification of the Executive Director of the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority and approval of the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, register, free of charge, in the name of said Authority, all property and real rights conveyed to it by virtue of this chapter.
