No provision of §§ 218—220 of this title shall be construed in the sense that an employee of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority may simultaneously belong to a retirement or pension plan established by the Legislature of Puerto Rico and to the retirement system established by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority.
