The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Electric Power Authority on the dates fixed in the contract to which § 227a of this title refers and upon the proper settlement warrant, the amounts of money payable pursuant to the terms of said contract for services rendered as above expressed.
