The Electric Power Authority shall develop and carry out the rural electrification projects submitted by the Isabela Irrigation Service to the Puerto Rico Planning Board.Such funds as the Isabela Irrigation Service may, at the time of the conveyance, have available for rural electrification projects, shall be used by the Electric Power Authority for these same purposes.
