Every seller or lessor of portable or fixed power generators which can be connected permanently or provisionally to the electrical system of an industrial, commercial or residential structure in Puerto Rico, shall include, besides the generator’s instruction manual, the following legible and permanent warning in Spanish, attached to the generator:'The incorrect use or installation of this equipment may harm the user, third parties, the equipment, or produce hazardous electric currents in the power system of the Electric Power Authority. For your safety, first consult a licensed expert electrician or a licensed electrical engineer when connecting, re-connecting or disconnecting said equipment.'
