The Authority shall be responsible for orienting its power service subscribers on the hazards of reverse power generation produced by the portable or fixed power generators. This orientation shall be done periodically. History —Sept. 1, 1990, No. 83, p. 493, § 4, eff. 30 days after Sept. 1, 1990.
