The Electric Power Authority is hereby authorized to decree from time to time and as the technology of the generators existing in the market changes, through regulations and/or a resolution of its Governing Board, the incorporation and/or modification of the norms, criteria and requirements in the warning statement and labeling provided in § 243 of this title.
