The landowners included in the South Coast Irrigation District shall, in order to be entitled to the subsidy established in § 260c of this title, file with the Secretary of the Treasury, not later than January 31, 1967, and on the same date in subsequent years, a report listing their lands included in the Irrigation District and giving the number of each tract or subtract, as it appears from the Official Roster of Tracts of the South Coast Irrigation District, the acreage and the irrigable area in acres. The Secretary of the Treasury shall, after the data mentioned in that report are verified in the herein stated Official Roster, make the corresponding computations and adjustments for the granting of the subsidy provided by § 260c of this title for the purposes of issuing the corresponding tax receipts from and after July 1, 1967.
