(a) Authority. — Means the Public Buildings Authority hereby created.(b) Bond. — Means any evidence of indebtedness which the Authority may incur pursuant to §§ 901—917 of this title.(c) Board or Governing Board. — Shall mean the Board of Directors of the Authority.(d) Director. — Shall mean the Executive Director of the Authority.(e) Private entity or entities. — Means any non-governmental natural or juridical person, for profit or non-profit, that is not engaged in political activities.
