The conveyance of real estate belonging to the various municipalities, including the municipality of San Juan and the Island of Culebra, as authorized by §§ 931—936 of this title, shall be with the approval of the Municipal Legislature of the corresponding municipality and shall be done by public deed executed by the Mayor and the Executive Director of the Public Buildings Authority.
