The Electric Power Authority shall file with the Legislative Assembly semiannual progress reports on the interconnection of renewable systems to the grid including, but not limited to the average interconnection times of the distributed generation systems, the number of backlogged cases pending approval, and the percentage of compliance with the Renewable Portfolio Standard corresponding to the distributed renewable energy.
