Any government structure that has been newly built or that shall sustain renovation, rehabilitation or repair works, shall employ, to the extent feasible, construction practices that are cost-effective and efficient as to energy consumption, water conservation, and ventilation, as of the date of approval of this act.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2008, No. 229, § 5.
