(a) PREA shall provide support to the Energy Commission, CEPPO, and the ICPO.(b) The head of PREA shall be an Administrator, who shall exercise the powers and duties designated to PREA under this chapter.(c) PREA shall have the following powers and duties:(1) Hire and appoint the necessary personnel for its operations and functioning.
