(a) The Commission shall have the necessary administrative and technical personnel to attain the purposes of this chapter.(b) The Commission’s technical personnel shall be specialized in the matters under the jurisdiction of the Commission and carry out the tasks and functions delegated to them by the Commission.(c) The Commission shall promulgate a code of ethics to regulate the relations between its personnel and the companies under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Commission.(d) The activities of all the personnel of the Commission shall be subject to the restrictions provided in §§ 1854 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Government Ethics Act of 2011'.
