Before March 1st of each year, the Commission shall file with the Governor and the Legislative Assembly of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico the reports required under subsection (oo) of § 1054b of this title. Such report shall contain the following information:(a) Status of energy affairs of the Island and Integrated Resource Plan in the short- and long-terms;(b) recommendations on possible actions to be taken by the Government to ensure adequate supplies of energy resources and the efficiency of the system in general;(c) updated data and statistical projections on the generation, distribution, use, and consumption of energy in Puerto Rico;(d) a breakdown of the monthly rate of energy consumption itemized by type of rate, and the process used to fix such rates, if the same have been reviewed or modified within the last calendar year;(e) annual work plan of the Commission and the results of its execution, and(f) any other information deemed pertinent and necessary.
