Every judicial action instituted under this chapter may be prosecuted pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 10, approved November 14, 1917, as amended, and with regard to the same work, all claims for salaries and wages may be joined in one single complaint, and all claims for materials, equipment, and tools supplied, sold, or delivered may be joined in another single complaint.
