The Rural Improvement Commission is hereby authorized to provide for the maintenance of night schools for adults in any of the consolidated rural schools. The commission may likewise provide for the holding of agricultural conferences, for the exhibition of agricultural products and cattle, fairs and markets, all under the direction of the Secretary of Agriculture.
