The Secretary of State may establish the fees to be collected for the services offered to the examining boards pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, through regulation.Said regulation shall include the fees to be collected for the following services and other similar ones:(a) Examination.(b) Re-examination.(c) License and its renewal.(d) Certifications and certified copies.Provided, That the regulations that are adopted shall not be amended until after two (2) years from their adoption.
