All female nurses and male nurses, according to the categories defined in §§ 203—203r of this title, who have been authorized by the Board of Female and Male Nurse Examiners of Puerto Rico to practice as such in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and who comply with the duties of §§ 211—211n of this title and the bylaws approved by the College, shall be members of the College.
