Any person who aspires to practice the profession of speech-language therapist shall, in addition to complying with the requirements established in § 3112 of this title, have obtained a bachelor’s degree in speech therapy or its equivalent from a university accredited by the Council on Higher Education if the same operates in Puerto Rico, or in an institution recognized by a national accrediting body if it is located in any of the states of the United States of America, or recognized by the Board if it is located in another country.\nHistory —June 3, 1983, No. 77, p. 160, § 13.
