The Board shall collect the following fees through a bank or postal money order, or a certified check drawn to the order of the Secretary of the Treasury:\nSpeech-language therapists.— For license with examination $ 25.00 For license without examination 25.00 For reexamination 45.00 For reciprocity license 75.00 For a duplicate of a lost or misplaced license 25.00 For recertification and registration 75.00 For provisional license 50.00 Speech-language pathologists and audiologists.— For license with examination $ 50.00 For license without examination 50.00 For reexamination 50.00 For reciprocity license 100.00 For a duplicate of a lost or misplaced license 25.00 For recertification and registration 75.00 For provisional license 50.00\nThe fees thus collected by the Board shall not be returned under any circumstances.
