The Board may cancel or revoke a license issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, after notifying the interested party and giving him the opportunity to be heard, when said party:\n(a) Has been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor which implies moral turpitude.\n(b) Has obtained a license through fraud, deceit or false pretenses.\n(c) Has been guilty of manifest incompetency in the practice of his profession in prejudice of a third person.\n(d) Has negotiated or offered for sale a license for the practice of the professions regulated by this chapter.\n(e) Has given false testimony in behalf of an aspirant to the examination before the Board, or in any determination of a complaint before the Board for violations to the provisions of the regulations to be approved under this chapter.\n(f) Has altered any document or evidence with the malicious intention of deceiving the members of the Board in the performance of their functions as such.\n(g) Is guilty of violating the standards that regulate the profession of speech-language pathology, audiology, and speech-language therapist as established by this chapter or by regulations to be approved in virtue
