The Board of Examiners of Psychologists henceforth designated as the 'Board', is hereby created to regulate the practice of the profession of psychology attached to the Division of Boards of Examiners of the Department of Health with the duties and faculties provided hereinafter.\nHistory —June 4, 1983, No. 96, p. 246, § 4, eff. 90 days after June 4, 1983.
