The Board shall be composed of two (2) psychologists with a master’s degree in psychology and three (3) psychologists with a doctor’s degree in psychology. Said members will be appointed by the Governor of Puerto Rico with the advice and consent of the Senate of Puerto Rico. The Governor shall appoint said members within the term of six (6) months after the approval of this act. A psychologist’s license will be issued by the Secretary of Health to the members of the Board initially appointed by the Governor of Puerto Rico, after presenting evidence of having approved the corresponding academic degree required by § 3213 of this title.\nMembers appointed in the future must comply with the requirement of having a license issued by the Board.\nHistory —June 4, 1983, No. 96, p. 246, § 5, eff. 90 days after June 4, 1983.
