The persons appointed to form part of the Board must be of legal age, residents of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for a period of not less than five (5) years prior to their appointment, and must have at least three (3) years of experience, in the case of doctors in psychology, and at least two (2) years of experience, in the case of masters in psychology.\nHistory —June 4, 1983, No. 96, p. 246, § 6, eff. 90 days after June 4, 1983.
