In order to be admitted to the psychologists’ examination, every candidate must submit to the Board, in addition to what has been established by § 3212 of this title, satisfactory evidence that he holds a doctor’s degree in psychology, or a master’s degree with a major in psychology, from a university, college or study center accredited to teach the profession of psychology as this term is defined in § 3202(b) of this title, and the experience and/or supervised practice required by the institution where he studied to obtain the degree in psychology that he holds.\nThe Board shall hold or offer a theoretical examination for the candidates to psychologist’s license, at least two (2) times a year. Said examinations will be notified by means of edicts published in two (2) newspapers of general circulation in Puerto Rico, two (2) months prior to the examinations.\nThe Board shall provide by regulations, as provided in § 3211(b) of this title, for everything related to the contents of the examinations, the general average needed for their approval, the repetition of examinations in those cases that a candidate fails and any other pertinent data related to them.\nHistory —June 4, 1983,
